Another season over and
again some more new faces.
Below are the proposed dates for 2012/13 season.

After our last shoot no suggestions were made for any changes to the format, date etc. I therefore set out the format for 2012/13 season.
Shoots will still take place on the first Tuesday of each month (with two exceptions - April shoot being the week after Easter and the August shoot which we be held a week later due to the Helice Shoot.
It was suggested in 2011 that on one of our shoots we have a sweep stake to raise funds for a charity of our choice. This didn't happen. If however you would like me to arrange this please let me have any suggestions on the charity we can support.
All shoots will continue to be 100 birds
This year everyone is entitled to win under the handicap system, however a shooter may only win the OTS Trophies once during the year, thus allowing others the opportunity. This will now apply to the Ladies and Men’s Trophies. I have revised the handicap system as set out below:
80-100 +0 to your score
79-69 +5 to your score
68-49 +20 to your score
48-30 +35 to your score
Under 29 +50 to your score
The membership fee will be the same as last year of £12.00. Then at each shoot you pay for your clays and breakfast/lunch.
The price of the shoots and lunch will remain the same for this season
100 Bird shoot £29.00 (members) £34.00 (guests)
Two Course Lunch £9.50 per head
Breakfast shoot £18.00 (full
English Breakfast and 50 clays)
There will be a penalty fee charged (£5) if you book to come for the lunch and then do not turn up. This also goes the other way, if you turn up and have not booked, those booked will have priority on lunch.
I hope it has been a very enjoyable year for the club and the enthusiasm continues for 2012/13.
